The solar photovoltaic industry: In the production of solar photovoltaic products, supporting equipment that requires chiller cooling include vacuum pumps, velvet making, PECVD, diffusion, etching, screen printing, polycrystalline furnaces, single crystal furnaces, polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, cutting machines, slicers, ingot furnaces, and other equipment. The particle size in water quality is not easily greater than 10 microns, the water supply temperature range is 15-20 degrees, and the difference in inlet and outlet water temperature is within 5 degrees. The pipe material is stainless steel, PVC, or PPR. The chiller can control the temperature required by the process within a constant range, improve production efficiency and product quality, and extend the service life of the equipment. A production line with an annual production capacity of 50MW requires approximately 15 tons of cooling water per hour for supporting equipment.

1. Compressor: It adopts a fully enclosed flexible vortex compressor with a simple structure and no wear on the compression components. It has small torque changes, high balance, energy conservation, stability, and reliability, and is easy to operate and achieve automatic control;

2. Shell and tube condenser: It adopts externally threaded copper tubes, uses CAD/CAM design and processing technology, and is manufactured in conjunction with CNC machining centers. The effective heat transfer area is calculated based on the corresponding heat dissipation, water flow rate, and scaling coefficient, with a margin of 5-10%; The end covers on both sides are easy to disassemble and maintain;

3. Evaporator: the coil heat exchanger with steel plastic composite shell is adopted, and the heat exchange tube is a internally threaded tube. It is a high-tech small channel product developed from heat transfer enhancement technology. The special pipe layout method makes the Heat transfer coefficient reach the current level of heat exchanger, which can improve the operating efficiency of the unit. The shell is made of steel plastic composite, and the water surface in contact with it is made of sealed engineering plastic, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The special design structure has undergone multiple freezing tests and no internal or external cracks have been found, resulting in excellent frost resistance. The shell is detachable and easy to maintain and clean.

4. Control system: Industrial grade centralized control system, with a fully Chinese operation interface and convenient menu prompts. It allows users to check the operating status of the unit at any time, adjust the working mode, accurately control the matching of the refrigeration capacity and cooling load of the unit, ensure normal efficiency operation of the unit, and reduce operating costs. Internally integrated with multiple protection functions such as water flow, low temperature, high and low pressure, antifreeze, reverse phase loss, delayed start, overload, overtemperature, and oil pressure difference. Accurate control can control the temperature within the range of ± 1 ℃, making operation convenient and reliable.

5. Electrostatic spray molded shell, fully enclosed box structure, beautiful and generous appearance, small footprint, easy to inspect and repair.
